Camile is the GO TO GIRL! She will go above and beyond. I am searching for a specific type if place in a specific location and with a limited budget.....hard to find in this competitive market. But camile continues to stay in touch, sends suggestions and houses to consider and is always available to set up an appointment to visit possible purchases. I particularly appreciate that she hasn't lost patience with my list of needs and stays in touch. I know beyond a doubt she is working for me tirelessly. Certainly Ashton Real Estate has done a great job of screening and hiring excellent agents. Camile is the best!

My experience with the Ashton Real Estate Group has only been a positive one. Professional. Helpful. Easy to get ahold of somebody at their office, quick! I found them on Zillow, and their reviews/profile there puts them in a league of their own. I wasn't able to buy just yet, as I'm still renting right now, but their concierge and sales team were very helpful. Whenever I browse houses online, I prefer their website (Nashvillesmls.com) over Zillow since it has so much info and I find is way more up-to-date! I don't have to waste my time talking to random people about properties that aren't even available, and if I have a question, they are a click away!

I can't say enough about our realtor, Jamie Ricke. My husband and I just closed on our home after over a year of searching, and I can honestly say I don't think we could've done it without Jamie leading the way and being at our side. We're first time home buyers, and our needs/wants list was pretty long and strange (high acreage so we can have animals and plant food, low budget, not much money down, house with character, within a small radius of our previous neighborhood, etc.) In addition to those things, we weren't opposed to fixer uppers or properties that others might not find suitable. Not only did she guide us along the home buying path, answering any and all questions over the course of the months we worked together, but she happily took us into some pretty shady properties we insisted on seeing and hiked, sometimes through the rain and woods, to see every inch of properties with us! She drove over an hour each way to multiple properties for us, happily and excited over the possibility of this one being "the one". She provided so much knowledge and advice to us, but she didn't just do that. She encouraged us on our long journey and helped us keep the faith that our right home would come along, and it did! I know not everyone's search will last as long as ours. I'm positive Jamie can work quick-turnaround magic with a semi-normal needs and wants list. But we were with her so long that I was honestly sad to say goodbye when she handed us the keys. Jamie has been invaluable to us. She's whip-smart, hardworking, such a great communicator, and will go out of her way again and again to make sure you get the home of your dreams. She has your best interest at heart and is entirely trustworthy, in a field that can be confusing and riddled with tricks. I couldn't recommend her higher. I'm sad for everyone that has to work with anyone else.
