We came long distance to look at homes to buy and Missy was outstanding. She had to screen each home we liked to find out if hard-wired high-speed internet was available, and she did so quickly and without complaint. She was very attentive to what we liked and disliked about each house and made notes as we went along. She was always quick to get back to us and gave us great advise when deciding what to offer and after the inspection.

Heather will take listings but uses new agents to do everything else. Try getting her on the phone or return an email, it will not happen. Use another company if you want good service. You choose an agent based on experience and this company uses new agents with little experience to service it's customers after they have you under contract.

I absolutely do not recommend this company.!!! I was ready to put earnest money on an offer on the spot when I looked at property but I was put off until the offer could be typed up and I was told I had to have a pre-approval letter from my bank for the offer to be binding so it was well over 24 hours before the "binding offer" could be done which allowed another offer to be put in and we lost the deal. I am 71 years old and have bought more than one property and have NEVER had an experience like this. In my opinion this company is crooked.

Pros: *Good at returning phone calls/emails *Excellent availability *Introduced us to great inspector and financing *Refunded our Earnest money within 3 business days without issue after we declined to attempt to negotiate necessary repairs any further, house failed inspection. *Knows Cookeville market and would possibly be better representing a seller (we were buyers looking to relocate in general region, wanting something nicer that was on larger lot, qualified for fha, and didn't have close neighbors) Cons: *Contacted our bank for a closing date change before checking to see if we accepted seller's repair proposal-the sellers had a renter in home not scheduled to leave until after closing and did not want to give us time to inspect repairs which were many not just a couple. Not sure how that was acceptable on either front. (always read anything you sign, even things someone says they agreed to, only small details were changed that could have been very expensive for us to deal with after sale) *Seemed unable to figure out that someone working night shift wants calls in afternoon. She attempted multiple times to ask for no a.m. calls, texts, but no one in office was interested in my wife's schedule or sleeping requirements. *Got confused on our details as a buyer for example:our previous location, what we wanted in a home, what we are willing to negotiate on, etc *Office location from I40 Crossville is a bear to get to, 111 is exceptionally busy road with poor visability. Overall I would hazard a guess they are average for area. Buyer's agent might need help as he seemed busy and the guy who was "helping" him didn't have relevant details, at one point I was unsure if he was a scammer contacting us. Anyone working with any realtor needs to be very careful about details when negotiating a sale, buyer beware. There is often much more Buyer remorse vs. Seller's remorse.

She worked hard with a very picky mortgage agent and a seller who seemed less than motivated once under contract. Look elsewhere if you would prefer a company who is professional and willing to work with you. When we wanted to look at properties, no one could be bothered to come out and show them, we were told to go look at them ourselves, then it took forever to receive the directions for said properties to boot. Following that, when the emails they sent me were not returned due to my emails not being checked, I received several very immature and unprofessional emails from Tyler. If you're looking to do buisness instead of having your time wasted and having to deal with someone's immaturity, I'd suggest taking your business elsewhere.
