We have had these realtors (formerly ReMax) showing our 2 apt bldgs for the past 6 months and are not very happy with them. They have dis-respected our tenants work/sleep schedules, left doors unlocked and keys in doors and the realtor refuses to keep us, the apt managers, informed of what's happening. We are part-owners and really need to get the places sold so we can move on with our lives and buy a house, but they are NOT being reasonable about the list price. They have one building listed @ $50K ABOVE value which is keeping it from selling. The realtor has refused to answer my questions and I've had to go to other realtors in town to get them answered. I would NOT recommend them.

I worked with a realtor from here. Brett something. He was not a very well mannered person. He would make excuses for simple tasks. He lacked in communication and was not fully honest. This puts a bad taste in wanting to trust professional or wanna buy a house agian.
