I bought a condo this company listed. It was in a flood zone and the realtor Holly lied on the disclosure and she didn't know if it was. When the bank to me it was Holly sent my realtor an email the HOA sent her a year ago explaining they paid for the flood insurance. She knew it was in a flood zone and LIED to us. I tried to complain to her broker David, no luck there either . **NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!****!!
