It was amazing! We had tried to sell our house the year before, and had a terrible experience with another broker. We had an offer that we did not feel good about... it turned into a really bad experience and financing became an issue and the house went back on the market and well long story short we were absolutely disgusted. Selling my home and the buyers were using a Stephen Cooley agent. This agent failed to follow up on the appraisal. This resulted in the closing date being pushed further out and a fee of $700 to hold our rate on the home we were purchasing. In a nutshell, our agent had to put in several hours (5+ hours) and multiple phone calls to the buyers lender to get everything back on track. The Stephen Cooley agent wouldn't do this for her own client. This is a lackluster attitude. I'm so thankful to my agent who went above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through.

Seller beware Used them to sell our house, being first time home buyers / seller we relied on their reputation to help us with the process. All they did was take advantage of our lack of experience. We had a good bit of equity in the house. What we didn’t know is they listed the house for high, and when it came to interest from buyers told us to offer cash back to the buyer. Well all this did was increase the commission of the agent and cost us all of the equity in the house plus cash from our pocket. VERY BAD MORALS AND ETHICS
