These people at Agent Owned Reality in ANDERSON COUNTY S.C. are CROOKS, stay away, they have lied and had fake surveys done, refused to give copies of contracts, changed contracts, used crooked lawyers and fake surveyors to force sales upon people, they refused to return calls, by the time you find out they have taken you for a ride your out thousands of $$$ and they hide their crooked employees until the state laws start to protect them, you have a certain amount of time to file a complaint with the state real state board. Once that time limit is up they could care less how you have been treated.... Do yourself a favor, find the tax map # on the county your looking at property and contact the owner, when the owner pays taxes all their information can be found on the county's tax office. You can save yourself Thousands of $$ and save yourself a headache.
