What can I say about Sean Williams other than he is the best!! I met him when I was just starting to consider buying a new home. I gave him my criteria and the search began. Sean was so extremely understanding and helpful even when I asked him to put my search on hold because of a family illness. He wasn’t pushy and only showed me options that I would seriously consider. Just when I had put my search on hold a house came on the market that Sean knew was perfect for me. He called me and said, “I know you are not looking right now, but I really, really want to make sure you see this one.” He was absolutely correct! It was the perfect house and the perfect price! I could not be any happier. Sean goes above and beyond helping to prepare closing and even after the closing. It was 11:00 pm and I was searching for homes in South Carolina on Realtor.com. I found a house I liked and decided to click the contact agent link. I was not expecting a response. However, I received a reply immediately. The voice on the phone said Sean Williams would contact me regarding an appointment to view the home. This was happening much faster than I expected. Sean, working quickly and efficiently, scheduled an appointment for my brother (on my behalf) to see the house the next day at 9:00 am. Sean made such a positive impression on my brother with his knowledge of homes in the area and financing. My brother saw another home he really liked during an open house. I immediately contacted Sean and asked him to assist us with making an offer. Sean was on vacation in Florida. But he accepted my call and moved forward with completing all the paperwork to submit the offer that day. Sean has the drive and determination that I wanted for an agent. Yet, Sean offers so much more! He has contacts for all aspects of home buying. Sean returned all phone calls, text messages, and emails immediately. When my financing process was not moving as quickly as I wanted, Sean recommended a finance agent who completed the process in a timely manner.
