We went with Paige because when we were the buyers of our house she was the listing agent so we felt she was familiar and would be a good fit. When we first met her she had to reschedule our appt last minute and forgot to bring the right paperwork (for our subdivision information). No big deal we brushed it off. We felt she didn't listen to us in listing our house. We wanted to include that we have a BRAND NEW roof and HVAC unit (big selling points). We have completely renovated the house since we moved in, however she literally copied and pasted her old listing description. We had to nudge her to include the changes and updates. Whenever I asked her opinion about something she would respond "what do you think" without giving her input. I feel like I'm paying her to give advice not go off of my thoughts. I have numerous texts that went unanswered from her and half the time I would send her a message she wouldn't acknowledge she received but I'd get a call or short email back from her assistant a day or two later. She recommended a local attorney that she supposedly works with. First this attorney NEVER answers calls or emails, second they sent me an email with someone else's sell information asking me to sign the documents, I had to point out it wasnt for our house, and third they included a random person's tax return in our closing docs (not us or our buyers returns). I don't know if 1. Paige is so busy she doesn't have time to give her full attention or 2. Because our home was a 200k home, not a 500k+ we were not a priority to her. All in all we were VERY dissatisfied with her and her colleagues performance. Buying and selling a home is one of the most stressful times in ones life and I feel like we pay our agents good money to make us feel heard and understood and important. And we did not get that at all. Hopefully she isnt like this with everyone.
