Just a suggestion everyone I'm sure knows that your proud and happy that you finally sold the beautiful Victorian home that is located coming into town on Pond Branch and Columbia Ave. It is seriously way past the time to remove your sold sign out of the yard as it's been well passed the sell date to the tune of 4+ months. I'm sure by now that EVERYONE knows that it had been sold and are tired of seeing the sold sign in their yard SO IT'S TIME TO REMOVE IT!!!! THANK YOU

If you're dealing with Jeff Cook do not..... I repeat DO NOT do business with Kris Ancone!! The worst experience in selling my home. He didn't work for us. We would never hear from him unless we had to pay for something. He never return phone calls when we needed him or had questions he would reply hours later and only through via text or email. When I expressed my concern on how he handled business he blocked my calls and text. Granted I understand that we're not his only clients but to completely ignore us is unacceptable! Especially when you're making comission on my assets. Needless to say we forked out $14,000.00 in addendums and allowances and on top of that had to buy new appliances 2 days before closing because apparently they're was some "miscommunication". I've sold a home before and never had to go to great lengths like this. But Im glad the nightmare is over with but all the money we put in this and the total disrespect we encountered with Kris has definitely shaken my faith with this company and I will no longer deal with this agency.

With my experience with Jeff Cook realty. I did not feel welcomed as a new client. My real estate agent Kayla never followed up. Never introduced herself as my new agent since she was recommended by a previous agent. She always seemed rushed when I talked to her. The lender Brett was the same. Before that I had a different lender he left the company, and I was never notified. Also when I told Brett about what home buyer program I wanted to look into he brushed it off, and didn’t look into it or offer any information or any other programs that may better suit my situation. No follow up calls. I did email all parties I worked with to say their services were no longer needed please email me upon receipt no email back as I requested. So unprofessional. These agents/lenders do not care all you are is a number to them.
