We are new to South Carolina and both Chris and Lucas were very patient with us, first showing us various areas in and around Charlotte and then spending time as we searched for a house in Baxter. Our search took about 18 months as we were looking for a ranch house and they are few of them in Baxter and thus rarely on the market. They both hung in their and were sure to show us houses close to our requirements on each of our visits to the area. When the house we purchased came on the market they worked quickly to let us know, and then efficiently to help negotiate and put the deal together. We were very happy with their services and we would use them again should the need arise.

Chris and Lucas at the Property People Group did a great job as buyer's agents. I had very specific needs which made finding the right house a long and tedious process. We drove all over the Charlotte area trying to find the one house that would make my family happy. Chris and Lucas were very patient, even when I had them chasing red herrings 45 minutes to the north. When it came time to negotiate, they secured (what seemed like) and impossible price on a beautiful house. They used docusign to make the process easier and they even offered the use of their moving truck for free when it was time to move in. Highly recommended.

As a first time homebuyer, my husband and I were very eager to begin the process while preparing for our new family, but were also very resilient and cautious with our decision making. Our realtor Felicia switched from Keller Williams to BHGR, and in the beginning the process seemed overwhelming but the professionalism was superb. As the process continued, it appeared as if patience from our realtor began to wear thin and we, as the buyers, did more due diligence and research on the property and contractors along with their repair work than her. Not to mention I'm also 9mo pregnant with my first child so the added frustration did not make this a smooth process for us. Nevertheless, my husband and I closed on a beautiful property on half an acre of land and was finally able to exhale! What disappointed us the most was that before closing she stated she didn't need any additional information from us, she didn't need to sign anymore documents, and that would be the end of our client-realtor relationship after closing. However, after closing, we began to receive texts and emails from her of additional documents she needed signed- why wasn't this reviewed and in our file prior to closing? My advice to every first time homebuyer is to always educate yourself and remember due diligence is more than just hiring inspectors- do your own homework and always pray and trust your gut.
