Dealing with this company as a buyer is beyond frustrating. SELLER BEWARE, they like to play games with offers. If you aren't serious about your home selling, they may be the way to go. Otherwise, shop around.

My family and I had a recent real estate transaction with Lisa Goulet of RI Real Estate of North Kingstown. We were very disappointed regarding the lack of communication and unprofessional handling of certain aspects of the transaction. I would not recommended their services.
