Lenox specializes in stressed properties with stressed agent/brokers. My experience was a lot of lies. As a buyer I was NOT represented by lenox. The agent was like a drug addict, flippant, and just a liar.

This is the worst experience I ever had, these people are very unprofessional, they stole $400 from my security deposit after I moved out, charging me $200 for “personal items removal” when I made sure the house was completely empty and clean to get my despot back. They also charged $200 for blinds even though they gave me dirty broken blinds with stuff stuck to them from the last person that lived there. The neighborhood is horrible, they don’t do anything about the kids living in their apartments destroying cars and vandalism around the property. A lady that moved in next door regretted moving in right away. Make sure to take video and pictures after you move so they can’t steal your deposit.

I have dealt with this Realty Group for years and years, they are honest, they are reputable and professional. I would highly recommend dealing with them for your rentals. There are many rental agencies that are not reputable

Unacceptable. These people are extremely unprofessional. Please take your money elsewhere. Also someone I know personally told me the company has their close friends write positive reviews to make them look good.
