We truly wish there was an option for 10 stars but if 5 is the highest on google then that is what will have to be. The only Real Estate Team we will ever work with again. This one was not easy...but that had nothing to do with our end of the purchase. The entire time and through every twist and turn I never felt alone. This really felt like we all bought a house because of the emotional and professional investment on everyones end. Below is a review I posted halfway through the process. It's wonderful that I not only feel the same after the transaction was completed but feel even more confident now! Except I don't think I highlighted the fact that even though it was a very busy time for RI real estate Emilio never made us feel rushed. It was as if we were his only clients at ALL times! But just so happened to schedule the showing that ended up being "the one" when it really counted! Sarah the Transaction Coordinator for the team was always on top of things. She would get documents to us in record time and was quick to respond to any questions about the process. She was so enthusiastic when our offer was accepted it was like were all buying a house! Because of the well orchestrated balance of the team Emilio had time to do his part; being OUR AGENT showing us houses, encouraging us when certain ones got away and being a real advocate for us when it came to negotiations. His knowledge helped us navigate through some tricky situations (including a foot of snow with his 4 wheel drive). He was and still is extremely professional and seemed to never sleep! No hour was too late to submit an offer. We will never buy a house from another realtor! The DiSpirito Team is our team they worked for us and everything worked out! We really feel like they family now!

About a year ago we planned to move out of RI, and we need to sell our house after 8 years living in it. We listed our home July 2018 with another agent. We did have a buyer contingent on them selling their home. Their home didn't sell when our contract was up & we took it off the market for the winter. I had the extreme pleasure and fortunate luck to have worked with Emilio Dispirito and Jacequline Gervais on the purchase of my home and feel that it's extremely important to express my gratitude and thanks and to let everyone know what a PHENOMENAL group of real estate professionals we have access to here in RI. My real estate journey was a terrible nightmare (on the sell side, not the buy side). My listing agent and my buyers were unscrupulous, unethical and caused nothing but problems. As a result of the issues on the sell side, my purchase was undoubtedly affected (e.g. P&S’s falling through, last minute showings and offers, and eventually my buyer refusing to show at the closing table thus pushing my purchase out at the last minute). Despite all of this, Jacqueline remained positive, diligent, proactive and always available; oftentimes submitting offers late into the night and even coming to my office to pick up deposit checks when I couldn't get time to leave. She is a wonderful, knowledgeable resource who I knew I could rely on and trust. While I worked directly with Jacqueline, Emilio was never far away. He remained involved, updated and made sure he followed up and checked in on my transactions every step of the way; continuing to offer advice, guidance and sometimes just simple encouraging words. More important than the professional aspects mentioned above is the genuine kindness they exhibited. When my buyers refused to show up at the closing, I was left with an empty house, furniture in U-Hauls and the stress of figuring out where I was going to sleep until the nightmare ended. While Jacequline wasn’t directly involved in the sale, she made a point to reach out and make sure that I was okay and had a place to stay while it got worked out; something my selling agent didn’t bother to do. I could honestly go on for hours about my gratitude towards Emilio, Jacqueline and their whole team (I’m sure there were more people involved on their side than I will even know), but I feel as though the point has been made. While I won’t be buying or selling any property for quite some time, I can assure you that when and if that time comes again, my first and only choice will be Emilio and Jacqueline with HomeSmart.
