Not very helpful when needing contact information for people who have done work on the house after stating if I needed to let him know for warranty purposes such as roof etc. When emailed things that weren’t done properly that were agreed to be fixed by closing even when I sent video proof of leaks from foundation that was the main agreement to be done Duane seemed to not care at all. Being a first home buyer/owner now I know to not seek any homes being sold by Duane nor this company and to make sure the person selling me the house is on the same page and not only about the money!
