so I totally didnt want to take this class. I’m 20 and my aunt and uncle who are realtors paid for the class because they wanted me to learn about real estate leases and mortgages and stuff. i really liked it and learned alot. I even corrected my sororitys landlord who tried to collect two months security deposit from us. I told him you can’t do that! and showed him in the law where it said he couldn’t do it! got 5 college credits for it too!

Mr. Haven is very knowledgeable and gave real life experiences. Got a kick out of his stories, I wish he even taught a business class. Kelby his daughter who subbed a few times is also knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with them both. Past my NJ state last week, now onto PA.

I just finished their 2 week program. I was hesitant before I started. I thought It was going to be boring and difficult. Michelle and Kelby were incredibly helpful and professional and also friendly. Long lunch break and 10 to 15 minute breaks every 80 to 90 minutes made the day even shorter. They answered all the questions with very abstract examples with their real life experience.(Even from a lady , all her questions were about unrelated questions to material about her life or her husband-NOT IN THE TEST: ) Worth every penny I paid. Just go to class, listen and spend a couple hours after school on quizzes and questions, you will be fine in the exam.

I took the Tuesday - Thursday night class with Michelle and just graduated. She was very energetic for a night class. She kept me wide awake after very long days at work! She also had very vivid detailed stories from her legal and real estate career which allowed students to understand and apply the textbook info. It really was a fun experience. Would recommend this school to anyone who is interested in becoming a real estate agent.

I wanted to take classes here but I did not receive a return call back. I ended up reaching another school and signed up for classes there

Just completed the course. It was great. I'm scheduled to take the NJ State test next week. I've been a real estate investor since 1989. Anyone who I talk within my circle of investors are very familiar with " The Girls" and Bob. I know it sounds a little sexist but Kelby and Michelle are passionate about getting everyone through the test. Bob is an attorney who teaches the ethics portion. He worked for the NJ Commission so you're getting a been there seen that picture of how to stay out of trouble It is not one sided, you have to put the work into the course in order to get through the course. Highly recommend I you want to set yourself up for success.

The best ! I took the sales class taught by Don Haven 20 years ago in 1999 and the Broker’s class in 2004! Opened my own co. Budd Realty In 2000 and became part of Berkshire Hathaway in 2017 and are now known as BHHS NJ Budd Group , Deptford Office. Daughter Kelby is outstanding as well !

WOW! What a great real estate school! Even if you have no intention in pursuing a career in real estate and you live in NJ or PA you should take a class before you buy you next home. I want to thank Mr.. Don Haven and his staff for making the past two weeks informative and enjoyable. I am very glad I pick this school for my real estate training and I will use your school for all my real estate training. Can not want to start the brokers training. Thanks Again!!!

I am so glad I did a lot of research and chose The Real Estate School. I didn't just learn all that I needed to pass my exam with flying colors -- I also learned a lot of useful "real-life" information that I wouldn't have gotten anywhere else. The chapter on RE law in New Jersey was taught by a seasoned real estate attorney who was very knowledgeable, and Kelby and Michelle are just the best! Not only do the instructors help you learn what you need to succeed ... they are your best cheerleaders along the way! Thank you, The Real Estate School!

I took the 2 week course and Michelle and Kelby count not have prepared me any better! The state test was a breeze with all of the information they instilled in us!

Thank you Don Haven! I had the pleasure of taking your class back in 2004 and successfully passed the NJ exam first try. I am still a licensed real estate agent; however, in VA. I didn't need to take classes here and I am glad I started my real estate career in NJ with you as an instructor. You have so much wisdom and are an excellent instructor! Was just talking to another agent here. She was surprised at my knowledge and understanding and I told her, it was all due to you! Glad to see you are still teaching.

Going real honest here. I loved this school back in 2017 when I started out on my real estate venture. I passed my state exam with flying colors. Then life got in the way and I didn’t hang my license within the year as planned. I decided to try another real estate school in the area and it did not compare. I was hoping it would be just as enriching and prepare me as it did the first time around but no, unfortunately I am going back through my original course material and slides from The Real Estate School LLC to study. Therefore, having a chance to sit back and compare due to my choice to put it off the first time I realized this school is the real deal, and i give 5 stars to show it is everything you need to get going in your real estate career. Thank you to all the instructors who are still my friends and mentors today!

I am a guest speaker at the Real Estate School and offer the highest recommendation for the program. If you are thinking of sitting for the real estate exam, this is the school you should attend. The program is comprehensive leaving you fully prepared for the exam. Additionally, they care about your success, guide you through the process and stay in touch once you are licensed, keeping you up to date with the latest practical, regulatory and legal issues through their CE programs. Take a look at this program before you commit anywhere else.

Great school with very knowledgeable teachers

last year i attended this school with high hopes that id leave there prepared for the state exam. this class consisted of 60 people. its more like a lecture hall. & theyre easily annoyed by questions & tend to make you feel stupid for thinking or even asking something. i witnessed classmates ask questions & be given an abrupt or rude response, i watched one student being spoken to in an extremely poor manner. im 27 years old, i have no experience with anything pertaining to real estate. ive never lived anywhere but home with my family. so as far as my real estate education? it was at 0 before walking through those doors. again i thought that id walk out knowing im good to go. i studied hundreds of hours. i literally mean hundreds. i created study schedules, purchased study guides & everything. i failed the school exam once, i failed the state exam EIGHT times. i left the test center crying numerous times devasted or in shock because there was not one single time i tested & what i was being asked on that exam you would not & could not find in the extremely outdated textbook this school provides. the same textbook we were told to cross PAGES out bc its so outdated. i failed twice out of the 8 times by 2 points & 3 points, & the last 2 times by almost 20 points. it became maddening. i was going crazy trying to figure out what more can i do? ive done everything. well i contacted the school to see how they could help me even after a year of continuously failing. not only was the woman at the front desk extremely short & rude to me, they offered me a $20 discount to come back. $760 later on school & repeatedly testing, $200 in study packages, guides & cards... & im back in real estate school at another location. i WILL get my license & i was honestly extremely disappointed by this school, their process, & the time that i wasted.

The best teachers in town! :) They are very informative, experienced, patient & thorough. They take the time to explain things in a way in which everyone understands. I'm sure this was the best choice I could've made; to attend The Real Estate School!

I just graduated from the school, and passed the NJ state test on my first attempt. I've a friend that went to another school, but hasn't passed the test yet (they're on their 5th attempt). I felt very prepared and overall ready for the test because of the class preparation. Michelle is a great teacher. She kept the class fun, and kept you involved. In my opinion I got exactly what I paid for. A course that instructed me on passing the NJ State Real Estate exam. If you want to get your real estate license this is the place to go!!

Great teachers and classes!

This is where I went to real estate school. From the moment you call the place you know you're in good hands. The staff is pleasant and will answer any questions you have. Don, Kelby, Bob, Michelle and all the other instructors are fantastic and know their stuff. Not only do they teach you what you need to know for the state exam but they have a lot of real life experiences to share. I passed the state exam on my first try. I also I do my continuing education with them. Every cycle is something new and interesting and very affordable too.

I took the Mon/Wed evening course with Michelle. Though the material can be bland at times, Michelle does a good job of relating the material with industry examples. Additionally, she is really good at honing in what is the most important material and how to study it. I took my state exam 3 weeks after completing the course and passed on the first try. I would recommend this school to anybody in south Jersey looking to become an agent.

Michele Brown

Great school! When you first start looking at this school's testimonials on the website, you don't think there could be this many good reviews. Then after class, there you are writing a testimonial about how great the experience was. All the teachers know the real estate business inside and out. They have a ton of real life stories which relate directly to the material you have to know for the state exam.

sophia schaefer

You can learn a lot information from Don Haven's experience , it's very helpful for me. He is a smart business guy.

Johanna Marino

Love the program that they offer for CE credits! It's a one day class w so much information. My favorite part is the Real estate law. Renee Bergmann is the speaker and is so knowledgeable and answers all your questions. Its so well organized we keep going back!

Holland Dyess

Michelle and Kelby and associates and staff are the BEST!! They answer any and all questions anyone has and will always go out of their way, stay late to help anyone of their students. I am proud to be a student of theirs and looking forward to Continuing education classes with them. The Real Estate School brings in experienced speakers to help us understand and continue learning in the best easiest and exciting way! They certainly keep it exciting and wanting to learn, even if some chapters are tough. Thank you Kelby, Michelle and staff. Keep up the great work of educating future Realtors. You are truly the Best in New Jersey!

asked around a lot before I chose this school. All realtors I asked said this is the only school to go to. I enjoyed the two week program. it was really tough sitting in class all day and then studying by myself at night but it was worth it. the teachers really know their stuff. Kelby and Michelle are complete pros. Bob and Renee "the lawyers" really know the law.

BB Owner

Great instructors, Kelby and Michelle are wonderful. Info, book, and printouts are very helpful. Professional and fun instruction. There is a lot to learn, so don't think its easy... but I highly recommend this school.

Kelby and Michelle are wonderful instructors... there is a lot of material to learn in a 2 week crash course, however they teach the information in a fast paced, but easy to remember way. They are knowledgeable, and bring real life examples. If you're thinking of getting your real estate license, I would highly recommend going to The Real Estate School in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Michelle is great at breaking down complex real estate topics and explaining in a simple and easy to understand way.

Kathi Yates

Kelby has a great way of explaining real estate in a very simple way. She knows her stuff and is very patient and takes her time and makes sure you understand. Michelle is awesome too! Very entergetic and funny. She has an extensive knowledge of real estate law.

Nguyen Dang

Great experience with the girls! (Kelby & Michelle) they are enthusiastic on what they teach, and honestly if it wasn’t for their great energy; real estate law could get very boring. But they kept me engaged with their good stories relating to the laws, examples from their own experience, and they also bring in two other law professionals (Reneé and Bob) one of which wrote the laws for the Real Estate Commission of NJ.

Roger S

Just wrapped up the two week course at this school. Wow...it was WAY more information than I had thought there was going to be. I did not really think I was going to spend this much time sitting in class and studying!!! The days were long but a break in between classes with an optional talk with a different broker every day (and FREE lunch from the broker - its why I went jk lol). Kelby is an AWESOME teacher! Kind, smart and very patient. Michelle is hysterical and smart. She quotes movies every day!!!! its a riot. (Good luck we're all counting on you rotfl) Renee and Bob are a little more serious but that's prob because they are lawyers. But they know the law inside and out. Breezed thru the test and met a ton of new people. State exam scheduled for two weeks. FX

Great school!!

The instructors are awesome! I have to give a negative rating and warn prospective students about the terrible communication from the administrative staff. Very frustrating and as a result of this I have to register at a different school. OK, so I registered for the class that I was told to register for which was the wrong class after I asked the staff to confirm and then they blamed me for the taking the class they told me to take......which again, was the wrong class.
