Horrible manager. Became property manager in August 2018. November 2018, the area had the first snow storm of the season. Residence didn't get blowed out until five days after first snowfall. Multiple tenants tried contacting Lindsey and there was no response. Later, it was explained that the snow removal company didn't get info on property to plow. Later in the winter, again delayed snow removal. Ice accumulated and it was explained that tenants were responsible for ice treatment and walkways to be cleared. For two years before this property management, there was never a problem with snow removal or ice treatment. Only one reason why I and others left the property.
