First of all, let me say that if I could give more than 5 stars to Steve and Sally Jo Wickham I most certainly would. What a great experience from start to finish. My husband and I were planning a move cross country and had a 6 month buying window to work with so that we could purchase the home in Eugene, and make sure everything was set, and then move in June when our son graduated. Steve and Sally Jo were so wonderful to work with from the very start. They took time to listen and learn about our likes, wants, needs (wants vs. needs) and preferences. Since we were only allocating one house hunting trip into the move budget, we knew we had to trust them before we took the leap and flew out. For about 3-4 weeks we found homes that we thought would fit our needs, and they would view them for us, and then call and give the report. Often, the houses that we liked sold very quickly. When we found one we REALLY liked, they went over that afternoon and took a look. I will not forget when they called that night and described it in great detail and with excitement. We knew we had found the one. I will make this short, but what ended up happening was Team Wickham worked with us every step of the way. We immediately put in our offer and booked a flight, but since we didn't want to take a chance on just one house, they lined up several other 'plan B' homes so that are trip wouldn't be a bust if the one we loved didn't work out. Long story short, plan A worked out and we now own the home of our dreams in Eugene, OR. Steve and Sally Jo have gone above and beyond since the beginning and we truly appreciate all they have done. I cannot recommend highly enough. Very enjoyable experience!

Could not have been happier with our experience with Kirsten Danley at Key. We moved to Eugene from the Cincinnati area and Kirsten did everything remotely. She had driven me to see numerous homes while I was in Eugene for a visit. I was so impressed with her knowledge. You would think she has been in this business for 50 years !! She always knew exactly what to ask and inquired about things that I would not have thought of. I have sold 6 homes in the past FOR SALE BY OWNER. To be honest, I really didn't care for Realtors much, UNTIL I worked with Kirsten ! She TOTALLY changed my mind. In fact while talking to my now neighbor regarding flood insurance, he informed me that his Realtor, nor his bank, had ever told him that he needed any and then got hit with a huge bill. Kirsten had inquired about this issue for me before I ever knew that I would need any. She also contacted insurance people, to assure that I could assume the previous owners low rates, BEFORE I asked her about it !! Now that is proactive!! And in my opinion, excellent service !!! Kirsten Danley is such a sweet person and wonderful at her job. Very prompt with returning any questions, and gave great advise. I can't imagine a better choice for a Realtor than Kirsten. She made the experience of a long distance move much, much easier.

Michele Bucknell took on the sale of our unusual home with enthusiasm. The home is an original 1950’s mid-century with no real changes since. It required an unusual marketing scheme to find a unique buyer. She arrived for our first meeting with a marketing plan in mind. She worked tirelessly from that point on. The sale sometimes became quite difficult with inspections, etc, but Michele kept her cool and was an unrelenting advocate for our needs. She treaded some difficult water between buyer and seller. The house sold in a relatively short time, and we credit Michele’s aggressive and creative marketing as a huge part of that success. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

He evaluated the property and asked when I'd like to market it. My response was "yesterday" It barely phased him.
