After our son and his family chose to move from Oklahoma to Bend, Oregon, we were intrigued about his description of what we found to be a very lovely place and community. Our son recommended we visit with Dylan to view several properties that we could buy so that we could visit at any time. Dylan was very knowledgeable about the area, took our wish list and was able to exceed our expectations. Since we were in town at the time for only a few days, Dylan was able to manage all the details and formalities, and we closed on the purchase of a condo within a week. Good job Dylan... we will look you up again when we chose to upgrade in the future.

When selling, I was moving out of state and Dylan went above and beyond what his responsibilities were by helping me put in new fire alarms, checking in on my property regularly, and of course making sure that I got a fair deal. The pictures he took of my house were absolutely BEAUTIFUL and I am sure it is one of the main reasons I got two offers in less than 24 hours. I met Dylan in August of 2012 when I engaged his help in buying a property in the Oregon Water Wonderland. I grew up in Springfield, but relocated to Southern California years ago, and didn't have any realtor contacts in the Bend area at the time. The key to this purchase and new relationship was that Dylan was honest, courageous, listened to my ideas, and converted my thoughts in to getting the deal done. This was more of a favor from Dylan as the commission on something like this is minor. It is doubtful that I could have worked this out with another realtor. Dylan is awesome! We live in Salem and were in search of a vacation home in the Bend area and not only was he very responsive he really listened to our needs. He found several homes that met our criteria in our price range. Working with him from a distance was no issue at all. He was available by e-mail and phone during times that were convenient for us. Even when his wife was in labor, he took care of us by making sure we had another realtor (who was also really great) to show us homes while we were in town. Considering the challenges of us not living in town, it was a pretty smooth process overall with Dylan keeping things moving along and communicating with us all along the way.
