My wife and I came down at the end of last year toying with the idea of purchasing a home in Sun River. Tia was extremely patient with us and very informative with all the ins and outs of purchasing a home in Sun River. Tia was always available to answer questions, no matter what day or time. Even when we initially lost a home to another buyer, she remained optimistic that anything could happen, so why not put in an official backup offer. She continued to follow up on the status of the other buyer to be prepared in the event the offer fell through. As unlikely as is seemed, the sale fell through. Tia immediately contacted us and we started the process to purchase the home. We have found that many realtors do the bare minimum and this absolutely is Not what Bryce and his team do.
