Stephen’s group guided me through a difficult sale. The buyer had many problems and their original financial arrangements completely collapsed. There were four postponements to closing. Fortunately, Stephen’s group had a mortgage group that managed to get the sale financed. Both Stephen and the buyer’s agents took cuts to their commissions to make the sale happen. However, I was able to sell it at the same price without any cuts to my price. Communication by email and phone provided me with the support and answers to my questions that I desired and wanted all along the way. This was a case for the textbooks. Thanks again to everyone who helped to finally seal the deal through diligence and constructive problem-solving.

My wife and I did our own Zillow and Redfin research for a while and had a hopeful listing price in mind. Stephen did his own research and suggested we list it for $20K more than we we were hoping we could get for it, and then four days after it listed, we had three offers. They had a solid listing, good photography, and one open house. One of the offers was for $20K more than the listing (so $40K more than we had hoped for!). I'm obviously not going to complain much after that kind of exchange. And from accepting the offer to having the cash in hand took less than three weeks (and this was not a cash sale). It was kind of insane, actually. From start to finish, felt like they all knew what they were doing. Hit a few hiccups with buyer's inspectors and repair requests, but they guided us through all of that effortlessly (at least for me). Highly recommend this team. Will go straight to Stephen and his crew the next time we need to sell property.

This AGENT came and slick sold me his services for 4.25% and listed me at X price. His first photographers photos were terrible. I complained about this, so he sent out another, who did a fantastic job. The first Open House on Fathers Day? Then only one this weekend. Not a single person had requested a private showing in 11 days? Refused to do a Brokers Tour. Didn't mass email other Realtors that my house was available. Today I fired him, after only having a seemingly text only conversation the entire two weeks of hiring him. In this last conversation this morning, he implied we should drop the price 10%. And he listed it at the price originated, because he wanted to get me the best price? He was quick to dismiss being my agent and move on. He didn't care about my grievances. He was quick to drop his price from 4.5% to 4.25% without even me asking, when first hired. That should have been a red flag then. He always had OTHERS involved with the process and I never seen him again or had telephone conversations. I do NOT understand how this agent, who has a Video, professing to be the best agent out there, can be actually quite the opposite. He remarked how he was out $1000 for two photo sessions and having two open houses. He refused to have a Brokers Tour. If I were you, STAY AWAY. UPDATE: Texted me and said he would give me the photographs of the house to give to the next agent, IF I deleted this review. And thought my 1 star was too harsh. Are you kidding me?

I am dismayed at and skeptical of all the 5-star reviews. This agency listed my home for 6 months last year. Their efforts were marginal at best. My agent was slow to respond to my calls and emails. The photography was fine. The property description was uninspired and when I suggested changes they were defensive. They were late for their own open houses and only put out one or two signs - they literally could not have put less effort into them. And when the market slowed down they had absolutely nothing creative or different to offer. My opinion is that their services are quite similar to the discounted websites but at a higher rate and I would never use them again. To the owner - thank you for your response. The market did take a downturn last year. But every other house in my neighborhood sold. The only one that didn’t was mine. And you failed to address the other issues I had - slow or no response from the agent, minimal effort and lateness of open houses. And I forgot to mention the other horrible aspect of your service, which was the automated email responses. From my perspective, the quality of your customer service leaves much to be desired.
