She was always kind, knowledgeable, and never seemed pushy (like so many other realtors at open houses). I briefly made a terrible decision to work with another realtor, who ended up being incompetent and was clearly only looking out for his own needs. Kit helped me buying my first house in 2015. She was very professional and nice to work with. I told her my preferences and she showed me different houses that met my criteria. When we visited a few houses, she pointed out pros and cons for me, which was valuable because I was new to Eugene and inexperienced in buying a house. Sometimes, she just told me the house isn’t the best option for me, until we see the one I own now. It is in a very desirable neighborhood and because of Kit, I was the first buyer who got to see the house right after the owner lowered the selling price and changed agent, we put down the offer immediately, and offer got accepted before others started bidding on the house. Last year, when we wanted to sell my husband’s house, we contacted Kit again. She offered so much services that didn’t cost us anything: power wash driveway, landscaping, house cleaning, minor repairs, staging and professional photo shooting, advertising. Kit also recommended remodeling the kitchen and picked out the color and styles for us, she had vendors submit bids with discounted price. The house was on market Thursday, Saturday was open house, and by the following Monday, we already got 3 offers. The whole house selling experience with Kit was just wonderful and effortless. The reasons I like to work with Kit are: 1. She truly represents her client’s interest. She isn’t the type of the agent who only wants to push the deal through in order to get more commission. 2. She is so good with the house market, she knows her stuff well! 3. She is so easy to work with! She is not chatty at all, but she listens to you carefully! My husband and I recommend Kit to all our friends and family who wants to buy or sell their houses!

The realtor from this agency we dealt with (Katya Ulmer) showed incompetence bordering on negligence. Our above asking offer was ignored and not even presented to the client before it expired. This organization is extremely unprofessional. I would recommend everyone avoid them, using them as your agent is a waste of money.

Kit helped me sell my home back in 2013 when the market was still coming out of one of the greatest real estate recessions in US history. I was in a tight spot because I had a home I wanted to buy, that accepted my contingent offer, but per the agreement I had to have my home listed on the market within 72 hours and I only had two weeks before the sellers of the house I wanted to buy could bump me out. Kit told me what she think I could get for my house, if I wanted to move it fast, and I let her know that could list for that price, but I could not go any lower, otherwise I could not buy the house I was looking for. We agreed and she had my house on the market 48 hours latter. I was so amazed and happy with the service she provided. She had a professional stage my house, took great photos and held an open house the first weekend on the market. BEST PART, she got me a full price offer in a down market within the first 10 days. I thought it would be a long shot that it happen at all, let alone within 10 days. Way to go Kit, I can't thank you enough for making this happen and so quickly.

We sold our first home September 2018 and bought our current home October 2018, we used Kit for both transactions. I honestly do not know if we would have been able to make it through the process if we had a realtor that was any less AMAZING! Kit was very upfront about everything involved, she fought for us at seemingly every turn and most of all she was extremely responsive to all of our questions and concerns even if that question or concern happened to arise at 2 AM (we may not have been the easiest of clients).
