Great experience! We chose the FSBO route so we could lower the sale price of our home. Going with Mike Hanns, we didn't feel like we were on our own. He came to our home, took pictures, got all the details on it and wrote up a nice ad to put on the internet and RMLS. He had some good pointers for us as well. Definitely would use him again.

Mike Hanns did a great job for me and offered the perfect level of representation for my needs. I decided to pay the flat fee for him to list the house on RMLS and associated websites, put on a lock box for other realtors,and for Mike to provide me all the forms necessary for the deal. This service is ideal for more sophisticated sellers who do not need full representation from a seller's agent. Mike was very responsive and got things done quickly. Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend his services to other folks selling their home.
