We rented from Preferred Residential for about 4 years. During that time we maybe had 2 walkthroughs that we got plenty of notice for and were quickly completed, we had a couple furnace issues that were resolved in a timely manner and most of all they are easy to communicate with. We've rented from other agencies in Bend and you normally have to speak with multiple different people to get things done. With Preferred Residential you know you are contacting Dan or Becky directly; the people who can actually get things taken care of. We respected them and the home we rented and in turn they respected us; not something I can say about the other agencies.

They are absolutely horrible to rent from. Maintenance is never taken care of, we moved in and our unit had no heat and it took them 2 months to fix it. Good luck if you need any repairs on you're place because they won't get to it or call back. I'm never able to get a hold of anyone to fix anything. Horrible experience!!

Have to say we were very disappointed. It took weeks, sometimes months for things to be fixed. Always complained about how the yard looked, yet there were few weeds, it was green & it looked 100% better when we left than when we moved in. Turns out they just wanted it to look like no one lived there. It also took them a few months to get us authorized on the water account just so we could make a payment. We also paid $250 more than our close neighbors for our falling apart cookie cutter house. I could go on all day about how awful they turned out to be.

Took on my property with lots of promises. Then didn't follow through on any of them and quit. Didn't turn all the keys over to new management company. Made up some crazy story about being forced to do things they didn't want to do as if to cover their behinds. How can they be forced? Would not recommend. To young in business. No integrity. As a real estate agent, a person trying to sell a house would want an agent who works for them and follows through with proper real estate listings. She took my signed listing agreement said she listed it and then never did. I had to find out other ways with MLS that it really wasn't some 4 weeks after the fact. Would you want this agent?
