As first-time home sellers, my husband and I were very thankful and happy to have had Brian and Nina working for us. The thing I appreciated the most was that they kept in regular and frequent communication with us. There were a lot of things we didn't understand and decisions to make as we went along, and Brian was careful to explain all the pros and cons of each situation so we could make an informed choice. I was also very happy with the way so much of the paper work was handled digitally. We live well outside the Salem area, and it would have been difficult to sign off on many of the documents if we'd had to make multiple trips to sign in person. Brian and Nina are friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and efficient. They would be my first choice for real estate service needs, and I highly recommend them.
