Not a good experience with them - do not recommend them

Be very very careful when making any transaction with this company. I rented one of Lucinda's apts at the Tea Party for only 1 month. The apartment was filthy. I had no water in the kitchen for 3 days. Lucinda failed to disclose that an old man was living in one of the rooms. She failed to return my $2000 deposit or give notice according to OR law. She is also well known to the local Sheriff office. I don't want anybody to go thru all these hassle.

It was great to work with these guys. Our Realtor knew the area well and helped to guide us through the inventory until we found the house for us. Always a prompt response to questions or inquiries. I would recommend them to anyone looking to relocate.
