We have rented from Obsidian Real Estate the entire time we have lived in Bend. When we moved here, they were the only property management company that would take the time to answer our questions regarding our relocation to Bend. They set us up with a rental and made the entire application process quick and painless. When a larger home was available to rent on their website, all it took was contacting their office and again had a easy and pain free transition between both rentals. Since we have been with them, all maintenance issues have been done correctly and quick, and any inquiry we had with them was returned promptly. If we had not recently purchased a home, we would still only be with this company for our rental needs. They beat any other management company in town.
