Nick helped us get into our first home. Prior to our process, we had a lot of friends tell us how stressful it was for them. We had a different experience! Nick wasn’t only available to show us homes at random hours of the day and give his opinion on the pros and cons of each house but he also helped guide us through the process with our lender and title company. I was from out of state and he took care of all my escrow needs with inspections, repairs, etc. And, though it’s been over a month since escrow closed, he still helps with remodel recommendations, and even where to mountain bike, hike, etc. I know few people here yet and Nick is my go to guy for getting settled in. I can’t recommend him enough.

Nick is great. I'll share my experience as a first time homebuyer: I asked several friends who had recently bought a home to suggest a realtor and discover that people were generally dissatisfied with their realtor. All except one family who suggested Nick, so I called him. Nick was upfront, strategic, communicative, available and organized. I went through a three lenders and got put through a ton of red tape and hassle with the financial institutions. Likewise, the sellers didn't disclose certain issues with the house. Nick worked with me, sellers agent, home service people and lenders in a helpful, clear and supportive fashion. He continued to support after the sale was complete and failing to disclose issues were resolved.

Nick went above and beyond of what we expected out of our real estate agent. He was flexible with our wonky schedules, often showing us houses after hours or on the weekends. We had a very specific type of property we wanted and Nick was able to find a number of potential leads that eventually helped us narrow it down to the one we ended up purchasing. He answered my hundreds of texts with patience and always responded quickly and with all the information. During the closing there were some minor complications (not his fault) and he helped us navigate them and they were quickly remedied. Even now that the sale has closed he has offered to provide references for contractors he knows and trusts. I trust that Nick will continue to provide us with the information we need and we look forward to working with him again in the future.
