Sleazy salesman!! I'm on the federal do not call list but this guy refuses to honor or respect the fact that i don't want to be contacted. Why on earth would I allow this guy to represent me on the sale of my home???? I don't even know him nor trust him anymore. If he can't follow a simple request not to bug me, i would never work with him and i highly suggest anyone reading this post not to do business with this sleazy person either.

Company will lie in order to remove negative reviews rather than address the concerns of clients. Worked with William. Caught him lying to us on numerous occasions. Unprofessional, incompetent, pushy sales tactics, unreliable. Didn't understand basics about negotiating and repairs process. Made a lot of promises in person that he couldn't back up. I would have loved to fire him but WE found an awesome house and a motivated seller and did all of the negotiations on repairs. When owner of firm says to do your "due diligence", he isn't lying. Don't believe anything you don't have paperwork on. He was super new and green and didn't seem like he knew what he was doing at all. Worse was he wouldn't admit it and senior management never stepped in to help him. At closing he was cocky and rude. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Received unsolicited call from Jordan Matin on my home phone regarding property already listed!!! MLS clearly says NO CALLS TO OWNER of listed property THAT'S WHY I HAVE A REALTOR!!! Overbearing, presumptuous and obviously illiterate if he can't read instructions. Go away!!! Then got another call from some other person from the same office about 30 minutes later, who had no idea that Jordan called. STOP CALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And BTW the property did not come off of the market today so don't use that lie to justify your sales tactics. Just go away!!!

Jordan helped me purchase my first home. The sellers were an older couple who were very difficult to work with and there were several issues with the home that needed to be repaired. Jordan was very smooth and able to work with the other agent to get a desirable outcome for me at the price and the sellers to make the repairs prior to purchase. To give you an idea of how stubborn these sellers were. They not willing to sell the house with an old 1985 refrigerator that fit into the galley kitchen. It was a $50 fridge and they were willing to walk away at just the mention of my request. Thankfully Jordan was there to make sure all the important things happened and we both got the desired outcome.

Cameron was our real estate agent. He is AMAZING! I couldn't have asked for a better broker. We had received a pre approval for a loan before we found him. We knew nothing about buying a home but had to be out of our place in 2 weeks and had been looking around for places online but didn't have our own broker. Cameron was assigned to us at random to show us a property we found online and I'm so thankful he was. He noticed we weren't crazy about the property so he asked us what we were looking for and as soon as we got home in our email was a list. We looked through the list and picked out 2 we wanted to look at. Cameron showed us the first place and we fell in love with it. He helped us come to a decision on how much we wanted to offer and our bid was accepted. Unfortunately our pre approved loan didn't stand up and Cameron helped us get a new loan broker, Marc Powarczuk who we really liked. Cameron, Jordan and Marc helped us get the new loan finished and helped us get into our new place the day before we had to be out of our old place. All of this while Cameron was becoming a new Dad. Cameron was even there when we signed our papers so that if we had any questions we had someone who was on our team that we could ask. As a terrified new homeowner, I would totally recommend Matin Real Estate. They really stand with their customers and they are helpful and professional.

I contacted him to ask why he's deceptively advertising listings on Sauvie Island (that are nowhere close to the island), I got a delayed and vague response telling me that contact him for more information about the properties. I would not want to work with a broker who misleads buyers.
