Casey knew what to do right away to get the ball rolling. Casey linked us to well defined forms to make our offer. The whole process was online for us to sign. Casey knew we had contingencies so she figured out how much time we needed to request before closing. Casey connected us with a local title company at the right time and coordinated the sellers acceptance when needed for extensions of time. Casey came to our residence occasionally to see how we were doing and to chat about the area. Casey is a amazing realtor and makes things happen.

Review for Casey O’Callaghan, Martek Realty: Finding affordable housing in Lincoln County, can be quite the challenge! As a first time home buyer and someone who was right at about the median income level, it wasn’t easy finding a suitable home in Newport. While I qualified for an income-based grant which helps with the biggest barrier, affordability, it also meant there were additional standards and requirements my potential home needed to meet. I needed a realtor who was willing to navigate some of the grant requirements, while also finding viable living options and who was knowledgeable about housing in our area, Casey was that realtor. Not only did she keep me informed through every step of the process but she would often go the extra mile to make sure things happened correctly from the offer, to the repairs, to closing. Finding a home is a huge step and can often be scary. With Casey, you have someone who will have your best interest at heart and is not just a realtor but an advocate. Some realtors are more concerned about their own time or prefer easier situations than a low income first time home buyer. However, with Casey you have someone who grew up in Lincoln County and understands the challenges that residents face when buying a home in this area and is not afraid to work for you and advocate for you every step of the way.
