You will NOT find a more dedicated, reliable amazing real estate company in town! Kodiak found us an amazing new space and negotiated a very affordable rate. He went above and beyond and helped us find an architect, negotiated contractor bids for my tenant improvements and helped to secure a permit from the city. I would have never accomplished all this without him!
