One thing you do not want in an agent is someone who pushes their views and thoughts about a property on you, as if in a hurry to get rid of you. You want someone who listens and takes your concerns to heart. You want Ross Rehberg: professional, funny and fun. After losing out on 3 houses, he kept me sane and positive. My wish list: a recently updated house, garage, yard, laundry room, walking distance to the beach, and I wanted to see every house on my list. No argument from him. When I was stressing, he returned every call/text within minutes. On the second day, we found my house: 2nd row and 3 minutes from the beach. I didn't get my laundry room, but I wake up every morning looking at the ocean from my bed. Who cares about laundry? He lent me the office TV when mine hadn't arrived.
