Not to long ago we decided that it was time to start downsizing. So without any hesitation I started to look at the various internet driven sites for housing for sale in our area. We had specific needs so the search was interesting. Some search returned houses much bigger than what we have; some returned modified chicken coops and a few returned homes close to what we wanted. One of the homes really would have worked. I sent out a General Inquiry and only one realtor responded- Karla Jefferson. She call, we chatted, we went to look but it had sold just hours before we got there. Karla then proceeded to find several other very nice houses but not exactly what we had in mind.
