When I decided to sell my theater, Robert Raimondi was the first person I thought to call. I've known him socially for over ten years, and I've seen how hard he works. He did a "soft listing" with only brokers knowing the place was for sale, and within two weeks, he brought in several potential buyers. He got an all cash offer, brought it to me and I accepted. All the paperwork was done carefully and clearly, which I appreciated very much. When there was a glitch in the sale right before closing, Robert gave me advice as to how to handle the situation with my neighbor who was causing the glitch. The problem was solved, the sale went through, and I would recommend Robert Raimondi to anyone considering selling or buying real estate.
