Unproffesional, I still to this day have not received my deposit back or a letter why I never received it. My room mate was on drugs and endangering my life and my daughters but the landlord would not and did not listen or care about the problems I was facing. They sent notices in the mail that clearly violated their own lease and landlord tenant laws. If you do rent from them make sure you know your laws.

Rick Maurmann is awesome! We used Coldwell on two different occasions - once to purchase a house, then later to sell that house. Rick was perfect - I didn't know what I was doing, and he made sure to get me the deal that I was looking for. The first house we looked at to buy wasn't a good deal, but he didn't give unwanted advice - he asked a couple questions of the other agent that made me curious, so I asked him what he thought. Turns out, he saved us money by steering us away - we were able to purchase a different house, and it was exactly what we needed. When selling the house we reached out to him again, and he set it all up - it was only a few weeks I believe before he found us a buyer. Coldwell is the agency to use, and Rick Maurmann is the agent to ask for :-)

From the small handyman fix-its we had done to having our furnace replaced...money well spent for sure. Our agent was Frank Thierjung. We could not have asked for a better agent than Frank. With Frank's help, my wife and I just purchased our first home. We were nervous about the process, but Frank helped us through. He was always available to answer questions, no matter what day or time of day. I just can't say enough how much we appreciated this quality in Frank. He would either pick up the phone or get back to us immediately (typically within minutes). Same with texts and emails. We were charged a 200 dollar plus fee but it was not stated up front--only when it came to signing. Imagine our surprise! Our realtor was the laziest I've seen--only a few pics, had to bug him about doing an open house (and even then he openly bitched about having to spend his saturday there). Don't know if Richard Barnes is still a realtor with this firm, but I strongly advise against using him or coldwell banker in Salem. Be aware that the handyman who comes out WILL try and sell you things "for your own good". In the end, we switched to another company and the house sold within a month. Let our pain be a lesson for all!

Terrible company do not trust. Only care about money. Charged me $350 for painting after I moved out and it was just painted before we moved in and only lived there for 5 months. There was no paint damage whatsoever if anything, just unfinished work. So bad do not do business with them.

We were dealing with Mountain West Real Estate through their buyers on our property. Worst experience ever. They refused to negotiate, were hard to deal with, and their agents were RUDE (we had dealings with 2 different Realtors). After finally agreeing on a deal, their buyers ended up not being able to get a loan. Now our house has been off the market for 30+ days, we have to re-list, and are potentially going to lose the house we have made an excepted offer on. Do yourselves a favor and avoid any interactions with them. A huge waste of time.
