We got straight forward advice about safety, schools, distance to shopping, etc.; all priceless information for someone unfamiliar with the area. Having lived in the Bend area since the 1970s, Bill knew the area's history-everything from property developers, to city utility history, future zoning issues, etc. We got the house we wanted, under the asking price with great representation during negotiations.
