The Kerr Team treated us very well from the beginning...as soon as we contacted their agent...Mrs Angie Spears to set up an appointment. She did research based on our requirements and came up with a list of homes to show us to include houses we had seen on another website. She represented her company well. Positive, energetic and always helpful. Our questions, she would either answer them or would find out for us. We made an offer with some requirements. She pushed it forward quickly. After the inspection, we had more requirements which she pushed forward and stayed on top of it until it was finished. She was always available for us by text, email, or phone call. I would like to enthusiastically recommend Jayne Smith for the excellent service she has provided to me in selling a home. Our situation was somewhat unusual in that I was an investor in a spec home. My partner and I had several surprises during the process and didn’t make the best of decisions when it came to selecting the right price range for the home we built, the right neighborhood, the best floor plan, etc. We made lots of mistakes, including hiring our first realtor who did not generate many showings for us and did not have the impressive reach that Kerr Team Real Estate has.
