First of all, the random 5-start rating without a review from Shawn Farber below is in conflict. As of today he currently works as an agent for this business. Don't bother deleting it, I already have a screenshot.
Second, I've had my property managed by this company for over 5 years. Before the sale of my home I decided to sever my relationship with them for various reasons. They have retaliated against me by withholding my tenant's deposit. My tenant moved out a week ago when I sold the home, but I had given Crossland Real Estate notice over 2 months ago, that our relationship is terminating, to which they owed me his deposit upon notice. I finally received the $1,200 that they owed me 2.5 mos. and several notifications, including attorney intervention, later. Save yourself the headache.
They also don't collect late fees from tenants. And I regularly saw my deposited checks past the middle of the month of paymemt.
Very unreliable. Do not do business with them.
On Jan 30th this office unproffessionally responded with character attacks. And I was warned by others of Amie's reputation in this regard. Her attacks are libel at this point.
Also the tenant was given very adequate notice to vacate, specifically because I put the home on the market. I offered it first to him. Secondly I have all bank receipt records indicating late deposits by Crossland, and receivables of payment by the tenant. They were asked multiple times to ensure the tenant was paying ON or BEFORE the 1st of the month. This was never communicated to him. My requests are in writing.
Furthermore, it was Amie who suggested I try short-term rental. She bragged about how much she makes off of her Airbnb. Yes I was angry with them on several occassions. But definitely not abusive. Again...libel.
Oh and by the way, it was Amie who would talk forever on the phone. I had to stop her to hang up on multiple occassions.
Keep this up Amie. I can go back and forth on this.
