I do not suggest using this company to help you purchase or sell your home. We recently bought a home and this was the listing agent. They allowed the sellers to go against our previous agreement which was signed by both parties. Then, they wanted to bring lawyers into it over a dehumidifier that should have been left in the basement according to our agreement.
