Stiff deadbolt, told them to fix it ten months ago. Two broken keys later I find myself currently waiting in the hallway being told,over the phone that it is my fault and I need to pay for a locksmith to fix it. Terrible. Trashy hallways, poor overall maintenance.

Worst place I ever stayed. It's being a while since I left the place. Then I received a bill saying I owe them money. When I trying to get them to explain that to me, they made it my fault I didn't contact them. I didn't have a reason to contact them since they said everything is clear when I left. I will not stay at any of the goldmark apartments ever. The worst customer service I have dealt. I would give a zero if I could. The place I am staying in now is so much better and so glad I am out of sunset ridge.

We loved the apartment itself, and the location. It was also quiet and peaceful apartments. However, when we had first moved in all of the blinds were the most coated with pet hair & very dirty looking. The Lady in the office informed us that they do not replace them And it took me calling the higher up office to complain about it. I won’t say any names but the lady in the office was always so rude! The carpet’s also looked like they hadn’t been cleaned when we moved in and they never did anything about that either.

We have stayed in the Fairview apartments for the past two years. The staff at the rental office have always been courteous to us. I like that our apartment didn't have electric heat. It really made a difference in our utility bill each month. We paid less than $800 a month for a two bedroom after incentives were included. What a great deal for a pet friendly apartment! The gym membership they gave us our first year made up for there being no fitness center. We enjoyed grilling steaks on the patio. Our neighbors were all nice people. Overall, living here has been a good experience well worth the price.

Very unimpressed all around. I stayed at the Fairview apartments starting January 2016. I scheduled a tour an apartment, which was supposed to be clean and ready, but when we entered it was full of dirty clothes, trash, broken wood, and cigarettes on the floor. I was told it would all be cleaned by the time I moved in. I moved in and there was still a jar of used cigarettes and chewing tobacco on the balcony. There were also dirty counters, oven, and refrigerator. The garage was still full of broken lamps, trash, and clothing in a large pile. Worst experience ever with an apartment property.

⛔️ Warning ⛔️ Save yourself some trouble and find a better place!!!! I’m never the type to leave a bad review but this place is horrible. They will act nice untill you get in to the contract! When you want to get off the Contract, they will call you and Harass you at your work place! Save your self some peace of mind and go for a better place than Goldmark!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. My current apartment complex is so good compared to this horrible place!

Worst place to rent, trash in the halls grass full of dog poop. You will never see your deposit no matter what management says or how much you clean. Crooks!

Awful service. Offered me two apartments and went behind my back and rented out both of them. The guy selling told my boyfriend that he would "make sure we would be able to see it on Monday at 3." Here I am on Monday at 1:40 being told it's sold! I would understand if they required us to place a deposit to keep the apartment on hold for us, but they didn't and went and sold it before we could even look at the place.
