Definitely save yourself some trouble and don't rent from here!!! We moved from North Carolina to North Dakota and unfortunately didn't have time to really look around at multiple places. These apartments are way overpriced for what they offer. The walls are paper thin. Our upstairs neighbor plays music ridiculously loud until 3-4am and we can hear everything he does, including conversations which is just ridiculous. If you need a parking spot, good luck. My husband and I can barely ever find parking. ESPECIALLY weekends! We have to park very far and being 9 months pregnant it hasn't been easy bringing groceries in or anything. The side door entrance is supposed to be accessible with a code, the code doesn't ever work for the door anymore. Our master key barely opens the door either and to our apartment as well. You spend about 10 minutes just trying to open one door. We were supposed to get a garage with our apartment as well. We still don't have it and haven't even had a courtesy call about the situation. We have so many boxes and items that need to be stored but we can't, super inconvenient with a baby on the way. We unfortunately signed an 18 month lease (which by the way isn't any discount from a 12 month lease). If I could go back and choose a different apartment or house to rent I absolutely would have. Really hoping these 18 months fly by!
