I am currently in the process of looking for a apartment for my family and myself. The staff has been nothing but pleasant and so very helpful with everything my family has needed. The property its self was beyond my expectations not only was it beautiful but it was one of the cleaner and more looked after apartments I have ever been to. The staff has also not fallen short of making sure that I am taken care of and don't just feel like I'm another customer they have called and followed up with me multiple times. My family and I can not wait to move here!!!!!!

Do yourself a favor and don't even consider living here. You will save yourself a lease times worth of stress and frustrations. Dog messes everywhere including in the buildings. These buildings were so poorly constructed and the noise intollerable. No matter how quiet you are your neighbors will still complain and management will harass you constantly.

We have an apartment here and when we got here we were told we get 2 parking spaces our jeep broke down so we parked it in the back parking spaces it doesn't have a flat or anything that makes it appear broken but they towed it so now we have to pay to get it towed somewhere else which makes me mad because we pay for 2 parking spots!!!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about living here. A very great staff that is truly there to help. Great amenities, friendly staff, always clean. Looking to move into a apartment look no further. Nothing but good things all the way around, and a bonus-they have a great pool with a good size hot tub to enjoy. Locker room with a washer and dryer for the oilfield workers. Looking to move to Williston, look no further then renaissance Heights. You won’t be disappointed.

In the end I felt I needed to update this. Since I moved out a month ago it was taken over by new owners. Who know's how it will go now. The state of Renaissance Heights when I left was abysmal though. There were no cleaning personal so the hallways, stair wells, pool, grounds were trash and mud deep with clumps of dog hair about. The noise from the atv's, motorcycles and diesels depending on what building you lived in echoed just stupid loud to the point it would keep you up or wake you up. The pool was constantly being close due to tenants breaking glass or dirtying the pool, the game rooms were constantly filthy and the amount of kids allowed to roam the hallways and stairwells and stomp at all hours of the day was just ridiculous. I'm talking 8-10 kids at a time. Outside was just as disruptive, neighbors letting their kids just blow up whistles or ride kids atv's around the yard, kids scratched the windows up on the mail room, the conference room, and ripped off all the elevator #'s and lettering's. The gym weights that were stole were never replaced but they afford a new 30k$ astro turf dog park along side of new pool side (outside) gear. The locked doors were constantly failing on all buildings and and nuisances reported were shrugged off by staff and police. And the visits are almost daily to this place. You never really knew what was going on. I can only hope the new owners and staff can bring back the place to its semi-previously glory. It wasn't a bad place, but the place rightfully stinks like pblaster and animal pee on the lowers level with the garages. I wouldn't move back in until everything i mentioned was fixed and rent was dropped back down from the 150-200$ price hike every got 2 months ago.

I lived in this apartment complex for almost 3 years , i like it very much , the office staff is very nice and friendly and so with the maintenance and housekeeper. The pool is very nice as well, we have a big community room too, its good for birthdays, weddings etc. we have big parking lot outside as well. Each of the buildings too has elevator and locker room with washer and dryer . I will recommend this to people whose looking for a beautiful apartment to stay that you can call “HOME” .

I just moved into Renaissance Heights and I absolutely love it already. The office staff is absolutely wonderful!! Specifically Daisy!! She’s the sweetest person I’ve met and she did everything she could to help me get my apartment because I was having some difficulties. I had the biggest issue when trying to switch my renters insurance from my old apartment to here, I was treated so rudely and they didn’t work well with me, so I switched insurance companies and Daisy was so helpful in assisting me to do so. So far no complaints!! Daisy is the best!!

made an appointment for today July 28th at 10:30am to have a tour. the door to the office was locked so my boyfriend and i waited for half an hour, called the phone number provided multiple times, and check every door possible but all were locked. very disappointed in this place. we were looking to rent here. also, the phone number when you call just hangs up so you can’t even leave a voicemail. very upset because i wasted my time in this place. at least i didn’t waste my money.
