There was SO many things wrong with this place. Absolutely DO NOT RENT from them. I've rented from many rental companies and this one is awful. First, when you try to call the apartment office you get redirected to a foreign call center... I've never heard of anything like this. There is virtually no way to call and talk to anyone locally. I lived in a dog friendly apartment building that was disgusting. No one picked up after their dog. Garbage from other renters was frequently spilled around the trash receptacle, making the grass and public areas look disgusting. A lot of times there were dirty diapers in the trash around the building. Also, the snow removal was terrible. We were to shovel out a few feet from out garage, and the plow was supposed to take care of the rest. This did not happen on at least two occasions in winter 2018, making it very difficult to get out of my garage. Also, the cameras in the entry ways don't work. We had a package stolen and called to see if we could view the cameras and the worker said the cameras didn't work! How unsafe is that? Lastly, I was charged for drip pans at checkout that I bought brand new and replaced. The guy (first day on the job?) who did my checkout walkthrough absolutely did NOT check that I needed to replace drip pans, but somehow I still got charged $30 for them. Overall, they're an absolute sham of a rental company and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone ever.

This property is unfair about therapy pets and if you want to rent with a therapy animal dont say a word till you have the keys and are all approved then you will get hit with the unfair comments and reasons why they cant rent from you, get real pgr trash your answers for why only came after informing a leasing agent that works for you we had t her apy animals

Heat won't work and obviously there is no one to get a hold of to fix that pr other problems. Funny thing is maintenance is around to enter the apartment without notice like stated in the lease for things they find more important when no one is home.

If you rent from them be sure you don't have to move for a family emergency or employment. They will be dishonest to you be it to your face or over the phone, when they say they will try to rent it in the event you have to break a lease. They had four months to rent our apartment because I had to move for a job and never bothered. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I've been renting for over a decade and this is the worst company I've dealt with. It was the dirtiest carpet I've ever had. It was never cleaned (carpet and whole apartment) upon moving in. One of the toilets in my apartment didn't flush the whole time I lived there, even though it was "fixed" by maintenance. I had multiple packages stolen during my short time here, and after calling the rental office to discuss it they told me it's "not their problem". They said they didn't have cameras even though I see them in the lobby by the mailboxes. The staff is beyond rude for any kind of reasonable request, which includes barging into the apartment unannounced and waking up sleeping children. The hallways go uncleaned as do the dumpster cages. I've never seen a cleaner around to maintain common areas. If you're considering renting from these condescending slumlords, do yourself a favor get the hell away as fast as possible. They only want your money and don't give two rips about the good people who are renting their homes. They go out of their way to make you feel like you are the problem in their lives, not the one providing them a living.

The buildings are very nice because they're new. However, communication is really bad with the part time and full time staff. The parking lot is not big enough to have guests. During winter, I had to call in to work because they didn't start plowing snow in the parking lot until very late. Maintenance...yeah, I'll leave it at that. I would not recommend living in their properties. The communication is very poor and it because frustrating overtime. I've told them how I felt and yet no change or consideration for change.

Not all all impressed with this company. I've lived in one of their apartment buildings for a year and a half and when I called them with a complaint they sounded like they didn't care. My boyfriend lives 3 hours away so when he told me he was having flowers delivered for our anniversary I was thrilled. I knew the buzzer for the building was broken (hasn't worked since I moved in) so I left a note for fedex to just leave them and went in to work for a couple extra hours. Shouldn't be a big deal right? Fedex sent me an email when they delivered the package so when I saw it about an hour later I left work and went home to check for my flowers. They were gone, I checked every option. While standing at the top of the stairs I heard someone down in the basement level mention something about stealing and flowers. When I called and told the main office all of this they said they couldn't do anything because there was no evidence and I'd signed the note for fedex. Well, if your buzzer box worked I wouldn't have volunteered to go in to work and I could have waited for them to come and would have known when they did. Your lack of apathy when I called does not help your cause. Thanks for ruining a day that should have been celebrated.

My overall experience with PRG has been great! Office staff has been responsive to my emails and questions. When I had my A/C go out ( on one of the hottest days yet) maintenance was so quick to respond and get the issue fixed. Very pleased with PRG and recommend to anyone looking for a reputable rental company!

I just moved into my new unit yesterday, and the place was in beautiful shape! Very clean, Marissa was wonderful to work with! The whole leasing experience has been easy and they were very patient with us while we decided on what unit we liked and when we wanted to move in. Great company!

They've been pretty nice and the rent is decently priced. They're honest about the contract and warned us about 'what could happen' if we did something(like if we left without giving a 3 month notice). which was much appreciated. that was great, especially for the fact that I'm a first time renter. always let us know when maintenance would happen and the maintenance team responds quickly to broken stuff. which is super awesome, literally fixed a broken sink hours after we reported it. the quality of the apartment we rented was very nice, and for the price we pay it's really a nice place, I definitely suggest them over the competing companies (such as goldmark)


Maintenance is non existent. If you need anything fixed. May as well do it yourself because they have 0 maintenance workers to take care of quick fixes let alone major issues.

Worst rental company I have ever worked with. Staff is inconsiderate and rude. Force you into paying more for everything. Properties are small, and parking lots are not properly taken care of. Do not enforce any rules such as pet waste management and smoking. Complete lack of professionalism and do not care about renter's experience what so ever. Absolutely do not recommend.


DO NOT RENT FROM THE COMPANY PERIOD. They do not follow up with move outs, maintenance issues, check-out inspections. They play the blame game with anyone and everyone on the management team. Be warned, they are a headache to deal with.

If I could, I would've given them no stars. Ever since day one, I've had problems with them. WAY too many to list. I moved out in May of this year and I'm still having problems with them. The staff are terrible at responding back, I've called more than once and left messages. I would not recommend this place to rent from.

Precaution signing a pro rated lease. You can not sub lease and if you need out (for example we were about to purchase a home) they make you back pay the whole prorated amount.. for us 7 months into our 14 month lease for a 1 bedroom would have been over $3,800.00 to get out of the lease. My mistake not asking the right questions before signing, just so you are aware.

Dear Response from Owner, I am relocating and was interested in renting from your company but after seeing that you called out Monah Parker and disclosed to the whole world wide web which apartment building that she lives in and that she just signed a new lease and will be there a while, I have decided that I would never want to rent from someone that passive aggressive who shares personal information (aren't there tenant privacy laws?)... Wowee!!
