So glad a new company took over. Liked the old manager and office workers in the beginning but after a couple months I saw how they really are. We had an issue with paying rent, it wasnt late but not in a way they would accept our payment. Only way they would accept it is if i gave them a good review on this site. Plus, i heard the old manager blow up about it in her office and came out to talk to me and was fake to me and acted completely different. Glad all the old employees were replaced :)

Apartments are really nice, appliances are well maintained and look great. Furnished units are available and for a great price. Office staff are wonderful and always willing to help in anyway they can. My boyfriend and I moved in about 2 months ago and we couldn’t be happier.

Savannah Baatz was our Leasing Consultant, let me just say this woman really went ABOVE and BEYOND for my boyfriend and I. She went out of her way to make sure that we were in love with our apartment before we made a decision and continues to make sure we are happy now that we are tenants. Not to mention that Prairie Pines is absolutely beautiful, a great layout for apartments, and you can't beat having The Bark Park, we 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!

What a beautiful property! I have so many great memories that were created at Prairie Pines. They lots of amenities and what an amazing office staff! Any time I have a maintenance issue they are quick to take care of it. Living here is a great experience. One thing I wish they had is a longer lease but 14 months will have to do for now.

BIG MISTAKE and HORRIABLE place to rent from. Apartments are ok but the whole management is screwy and the communication they have has troubles as they go through people. I paid my final balance off and then i get a call from the corporate in another state, stating that i know owe them now 2200 dollars after i had a zero balance. It wasnt due to damages because i lived there for one month and had to move because i lost my job due to layoff and I wasnt able to get out of my lease so i continued to pay them until my lease was up. This amount they are claiming i owe is because i had recieved a discounted rent. The incentive they use to get you to move in. Extra rent because they claim i didnt give notice which i did and turnes into savanah who is no longer there. Courtney had my case dismissed and apologized but now corporate is calling. I fulfilled my lease paid my rent and now this. Ugh! I should have read the reviews before moving here as it seems they do this to everyone. Anyone wanna get together and start a class action lawsuit against them. They also have an F rating on the BBB. BeWAre!

This community went down hill since sold to the new owners. Very unhappy with the cleanliness of the common areas of the building. The office staff seemed nice however everytime you complain they have the same excuse which is they are "short staffed". Previous owners used to shampoo common areas once a month, since its carpeted and people have pets and and it gets nasty smelling. I was told at the office that the cleaning lady does light cleaning once a week, because they focus on turn overs. however, after deciding not to pick up after some of my nasty neighbors, noticed a tampon on The stairs for almost 2 weeks, and I have had to pick up messes I shouldn't not worth the amount of mo ey they charge you, if they cant keep their community clean.

Just moved into these apartments, I’m loving it! It’s so nice to have to key in and out for the doors, feels so safe and not a lot of noise. Everyone’s super friendly and nice that works for the apartment complex. I would Highly recommend these apartments!

My family hasn’t lived here but only a month and already we’ve made some great friends, our dogs love the residents, the staff is so helpful and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better living place. The playground and grills are awesome to have and the dog park is a great way to get your dogs friendly with other dogs. We Love it here. It’s so nice & cozy well maintained and it’s almost like living in a luxury hotel!

After moving here from a farm in Utah, we found Prairie Pines a very quiet, comfortable place to call home. The office staff has been wonderful and I had the pleasure of visiting with Emily, the brand new manager. She was very kind and it was nice to visit with her. If I could i would give this business even less stars. Do NOT give these people your money. They rip you off. We took very good care of our apartment for the 4 months we lived in it and then cleaned it top to bottom when we left and only received $15 of the $500 security deposit we paid. They told us it was for the carpet to be cleaned and the walls to be painted. This place is a scam. They made us pay for an extra month of rent at the end even though our lease was up, because we didn't have the for sight to know my husband would be laid off and we would be leaving. They made us pay because we didn't tell them 90 days in advance that we would be leaving AT THE END OF OUR LEASE! These people make me sick. The ripped off my brother in law in the same way. Live ANYWHERE but here!!!!!

We had a great experience with prairie pines. We loved the apartment and neighbors. Anytime we had a maintenance requests the staff were prompt to take take care of it. The office was always very friendly and kind to work with too.we will miss living there but are glad to own now.

Worst customer service ever! Audra is the rudest employee by far! We have been in our apartment for two years and yet the front desk staff treats us like complete strangers! No wonder this place has such a high turn over rate!

Good luck parking after 8pm there isn’t any parking spots and they tell you to “park in the street”... I pay my rent I should be able to park in the parking lot... Management is awful and never does anything about complaints..

Good location, close to flag football field, the high school n elementary schools and churches...close to shopping and restaurants. Can get anywhere within 15-20 min. Quiet neighborhood, but bustling with people. Is much busier and a touch congested when school starts, the round abouts are harder to get through with so much traffic. During the winter it is hard to maneuver around the parking lot when they come to plow. Often times you can get stuck. The system for payment is a bit strange, the fact that you can't pay partial payments after the 1st, or use multiple payment options can be a pain, so plan accordingly. The staff is wonderful and helpful, nothing but positivity and genuine care and concern. Maintenance men answer calls at all hours, ensuring that if something has happened (such as the electricity going out on the garage) that you will be able to honor your commitments of work or other obligations. The apts are kept clean and maintained nicely, parking can be an issue but just get a garage n save yourself the hassle of finding a spot in the evening. Children love the park n can ride their bikes n scooters safely in between the garages. The pet park is awesome :) nice gym, haven't checked out the game room as of yet...affordable and stylish. Its HOME...

My vehicle was marked for towing while I was working. Straight jacked out of the parking lot, (vehicle has been tagged for 2020 since March.) I called the overnight phone, received a "I'm sorry you're dealing with that, but get ahold of the office after 9:00am". I called. The phone rang 9 times, and said an announcement that the memory was full. I decided to write an email. - Sent 45 min ago- no answer yet. All I want is my truck back. If you want to do it right, give us parking passes like the last company did before you bought the apartments. I'm not happy.

I’ve never enjoyed living in any apartment community so much! Service Requests are always fulfilled promptly and to my satisfaction- the service team here is AWESOME, and they are always so polite and courteous! The office staff is so good at listening to my needs and allowing me to stay a happy resident! I am constantly thankful for the extra sound proofing in the building; for that reason I’ve never heard any of my neighbors! The best part of all, is that I adore my apartment, it truly feels like home! Beautiful finishes throughout, gorgeous windows and ceiling fans, and the views and landscaping phenomenal! I recommend Prairie Pines to everyone!

Close to anything you need but in a quite part of town. Managers and maintenance are nice and helpful. Neighbors are mostly pretty great. Apartment is perfect for us, nice layout with a good view! Definitely recomend prairie pines if your looking for a nice place to live.

I love these apartments that have a nice cozy cabin feel to it as well as the built in gym with the gym being clean every time one goes into it. The place is very clean and organized. Only request from Prairie Pines would be that they added different equipment to the gyms like for example a bench pressing station !

Worst place I've ever stayed in. Firstly our apartment was on the first floor, so you would expect to hear some noise from upstairs. But we heard screaming, crying excessive stomping, jumping all till 3am some times, we complained and wrote letters to upstairs (which we got in trouble for) and all they could tell us is sorry nothing more we can do. Even though it was keeping my newborn awake. We then had to move out for my husband's job, so we had to break lease which cost $5500. Then we left the place spotless, no dog odor or stains. We received a bill 2 months afterwards saying we owed them $240 for carpet cleaning (for ONE room). They couldn't justify where they got that figure from and pretty much made it up on the spot. No one leashed their dogs, people flew through the parking lots, the children were never supervised and would throw rocks form one side of the lot to the other. The place is HORRIBLE and they will charge you up the roof to move out even if your lease is up.

Terrible. We didn't do much research on this place before we moved and that was a big mistake. The building was put up very quickly and appeared to be cheaply constructed. When we moved in we wrote a check for $500 for a pet deposit and paid $50 a month for 2 pets ($25 per pet). We were told that the pet deposit was to cover cleaning when we moved out and that we would not be getting it back. Through out our stay we have several bug/pest issues (my wife keeps a very clean house and cleanliness was not the issue) ranging from crickets, spiders, ants, and at one point a mouse in the wall. The mouse was reported to maintenance but they never took any action on it. One of our neighbors had fired off his gun from the balcony window (above my 2 year old son's room) trying to hit a street light. He was arrested but was never evicted. When we moved out, i gave a 45 day notice instead of the 60 that they required, only because I was moving across the country and my employer needed me there right away. I was charged with not giving enough notice, made to pay extra for short notice, plus the last month's rent (which I had told them i would) plus over $500 in cleaning expenses. All totaled to just short of $5,000. When I asked the on site managers about the outrageous bill I was given the name and number to someone in Washington. He told me that the $500 was not a pet deposit as I had written on the check, but was "more of a license to have pets" there and that they had "waived the pet deposit." He stated that he would work with me and if anyone had moved into my apartment he would work on some of the payment. Every time he called he had some "offer" that he thought was good that I had to pay right then or else the "offer" expired. The last conversation he basically yelled at me, asked if I thought the apartment people were out to get me and called me a liar. Long story short, listen to the other reviews. This place is not good to live in, all they care about is money and not the residents.

We are SO GLAD we live here now. It's quiet and in a good location and the management is great and very responsive. We appreciate how much you all help us. Also Thank you for starting to to illegally parked cars, it is so much better now. You should consider assigned parking.

The apartments themselves are nice but when I moved out they charged me almost 3,000 in cleaning, painting and carpet cleaning and I busted my ass and left that place spotless!! WARNING! They don't care and you won't get your deposit back no matter how nice it looks. What a scam.

3 weeks in our apartment and we love it and the community. Before deciding on renting here we checked for: Location- Prairie Pines is the nearest to the high school where our son will be fresh man this coming school year. The school is just behind the community and 10 minutes slow walk from our apartment. Rent rate – the rent rate was the lowest in this community Quality of apartment – new carpets, new paint all fittings of high quality for example the shower heads are not the cheap plastic but high quality metal, the handles, lighting and appliances of high quality and if you had to buy it its all of the high end. Community appearance, services and facilities- at all times when we checked the community we could easily spotted staff cleaning and maintaining landscape. The gym has many work-out machines and strong AC. The public area has picnic tables and BBQ ready for use. There’s the little friendly dog park and every apartment comes with a parking garage. The community staff is very knowledgeable and answers with a lot of patients any question we had and attend any request. We love it here and feel indeed this is the best community in Williston. After reading some of the reviews on here I was a bit nervous to even bother giving them a call. But I’m happy I did. They were the only property that returned my call. Seison was pleasant and amicable. I’m confident that my stay here will be wonderful. The staff they have now may be different then past staffing by the looks of it. So I give them my personal stamp of approval. Can’t wait to move in!

Horrible! Do not rent from them. Although they require a low security deposit they will keep that and send you a bill for painting, cleaning carpets, etc. Did a final walk through and was told the house looked good and still got a bill! I have rented from a lot of places and never got an additional bill. Moving out of this place is expensive! Don't do it!

Reading some of these reviews makes me laugh. I lived here from 2016-2018 and I loved my stay the entire time. I had a three bedroom with a 2 stall garage that couldn’t be priced any better. The utilities I was paying for were lights and interent. The garage was free, trash and water were as well. I never had a problem with Management at all. They were very helpful and always responsive. I did find it funny, but cool on how laaaaiiiddd back they were too. :) I would definately move back If I ever find myself back in Williston. I highly suggest making this your new home. 2019 update: I hate where i’m living. I miss this place.
