Honest, efficient, knowledgeable, and a value that is unmatched. James Patrick Real Estate is a game changer. If your looking for a no B.S. real estate agent you need to talk to them. I have worked with many of the big real estate companies in the Fargo Moorhead area, either as a buyer or seller and all of them left me very disappointed. After my previous experiences I saw little value in the real estate service as a whole until I was referred to the great people at James Patrick. When listing our last house my wife and I trusted and followed all of their advice like replacing the entry doors. We staged it using their advise and paid for professional pictures like they advised. The end result was a full price offer within 24 hours. The night it showed up on the MLS there was literally a line of people waiting to get in the door to see it. I don't think most people that sell their house in a few weeks would say that their agent was underpaid. In this case however, that is what I believe. Our dynamic was very unique since we had moved across the country before the house went on the market. Between helping make sure the contractor we hired to fix things up before we listed was doing a good job, to making sure the driveway was shoveled, and the heat was still on in the dead of winter, Dan was over at our house constantly. Dan was also always available to answer any questions that we had, the entire way through the process, and helped us keep an even keel when our first buyer walked. I can't imagine another realtor being more accessible, and available, coupled with the fact that he charged less than a typical agent, it is easy for me to say that Dan was underpaid......just don't tell him ;)
