Wonderful apartments! I loved living here, I had to move out of the state due to a new job. The leasing office staff made it hard to leave because I know I will never find people this genuine again. They are all amazing and very attentive. I've never had an issue with reporting small concerns or getting help. Over all would recommend 100%!!

I was promised a 6 month membership at the arc with my renewal. I called the arc to check on classes they offer for kids and I was not able to purchase any thing because the balance that was unpaid by fair hills that's reflected on my ledger for my 'free' 6 months

I have lived at Fair Hills since 2015. I do not usually write reviews, but I was in the office today to buy a blanket and donate to a local cancer fund the office girls are raising money for. I have 2 beautiful, healthy dogs that have grown up at Fair Hills. NEVER have I had any issues with their heath due to living at Fair Hills. I have lived here just over 2 years and know most of my neighbors who have pets as well. The rumors of parvo at Fair Hills are FAKE. It is sad and pathetic that someone would attack a communities reputation this way! I am happy to call Fair Hills my home and that is why it angers me to see this happening to them. SAD..........

WE LOVE IT HERE ever since we moved in our stress levels have moved down drastically and we've had great customer service it's easy to just call and you can get it in just a couple minutes whatever you need if you get locked out of your apartment just called and they'll be right there for you I would recommend to friends and family I already have. I'm so excited to be living here

Edited from 5 star to 1 star. I used to really like this community. 2 bed 2 bath for $800 and now all of a sudden they are charging people $1300 and are making us pay extra for the "included" utilities. The noise level is ridiculous. The walls are paper thin. The buildings are not secure like they say. Lived here almost 2 years and the building has been secure about 2 months of that. When things break, like the secure doors they never fix them. They are always trying to charge extra for anything they can. I would not suggest spending your money here.

Fairhills has been the perfect experiance for my 1st apartment ever. Management is completely on their game. Maintenance is always quick to respond. Both are very friendly and helpful. Felt like home when you walk in. The apartments are nice and comfortable. Halls are cleaned on a regular bases. The experiance as a whole was amazing! Big shout out to the ladies in the office and the men on the grounds! Thank you all so much for everything. I will miss this place!!!

Fair hills apartments in Williston ND are amazing, the staff and maintenance crew are extremely friendly and helpful and the quality of these apartments is incredible, especially for the cost of rent! Glad I chose fair hills!

Things started out fine but having been sliding steadily downhill ever since. The security door has been in disrepair for quite some time and piles of dog poo sat in the hallway for days. The hallway in general is starting to look unkempt. Between the loud tow truck and the driver that loudly argues with residents it's very difficult to get a good night's sleep. If that doesn't get you the neighbor's dog barking will. We were promised an arc membership when we moved in but that's never been fulfilled either. I am rapidly approaching total disgust with this company. We reached out to management. The dog moved out. There's no more poo in the hallways and the entryway is kept in better shape. The security door is still in disrepair and although we were told the arc membership would be looked into there's been no more word on that.

Staff in the office were amazing when i first spoke to some one over the phone all my questions where answered.!! very sweet and kind so i plane to go take a look at them. mind you i'm new in town and this is not the only place i am looking at but just how i was dealt with on the phone i had to check them out so i am driving down the street and there i see the fair hills sigh. Grounds look amazing not a peace of trash in sit. I pull into the parking lot and all ready see a maintenance man Very nice and kind introduced him self and all. (plus in my book if you ask me!!!!) so now i find my self walking into the office first thing i see are awards all over the wall as well though out the office. The staff are all Females and got out of there seats to great me. (set up if you ask me) no they were amazing funny and kind. They asked me if i would like a cup of coffee or water you get it as i wait. They have an okay gym nothing to die for but will do. the building is nice as quit and just nice people for the most part. The units and floor planes i do i have to say i did like i do wish they would update them a tad bit more but very well take care of.

Yo these payments be off the chainhizzle. This staff is hot to the touch fo’sizzle. I got a one bedroom, furnished for my hizzle. And the lot has really good drainage for when the sky’s drizzle. Theres a gym, dog park and they throw parties for your recrehizzle and the rent be good enough I don’t have to give up my mucus carizzle. Peep game

Wouldnt recommend this place to anybody. After being here two years, I'm paying 950 a month for a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment on my new lease. Prior to April 2019, I was paying 1,000 a month. A friend of mine calls and speaks to one of the girls in the leasing office about prices for a 1 bed 1 bath furnished apartment and is told if she signs a 12 month lease, she'd only pay 1,000 a month. So after doing business with them and giving them my hard earned money after TWO YEARS I'm supposedly getting a better rate by 50 dollars. Now I see why everyone is moving out. The only positive aspect to living here is the kind and generous maintenance workers like Beth who live on the property. I would give them no stars if it was an option. They definitely know how to treat their residents. EVERYONE BEWARE OF THESE APARTMENTS!!!! THEY WILL COME OFF AS NICE AND SWEET BUT ARE ONLY TRYING TO MAKE A BANG FOR THEIR BUCK!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Best housing complex I've ever seen including all the amenities they have to offer especially their gym and spacious 2 car garages. Also pet friendly with not one but TWO dog parks.
