I have been living at BLVD Square for 3 years now. Recently, our dryer was out of commission, as appliances tend to break down. Kara, Leasing Agent, kindly allowed us access to an alternative washer and dryer down the hall while maintenance fix the dryer issue. Thank you to Epic for elite customer service!

The property is nice however I have had nothing but trouble getting our security deposit back. You need to be diligent and on point with your paperwork. I had to catch a staff error and point it out quite aggressively to get my full deposit back. Just be diligent and keep your notes.

Such a great rental company! The application/move-in process was so simple, and when any small issues have arisen since move-in, the staff have been SUPER easy to get a hold of and my issues have been resolved almost immediately! With granite counter tops, huge closets and tons of natural light, I can easily say this is the first apartment I’ve ever been in that actually feels like home!

I wished the property management cared remotely as much about snow and ice removal as they did about people writing on the walls. Slipped on the snow-covered ice on the sidewalk on my way into Spicy Pie, luckily I wasn't carrying our daughter. Read five different signs about their walls upon walking in - how about putting salt down and shoveling?

Be very careful when renting from this company as they will try to take advantage of their tenants whenever possible. Very unprofessional when it comes to documentation and communication to their tenants. They will try to take advantage of you at every turn from not giving you notice that promotions no longer apply, notice of the completion of your lease and what your options are to renew or move elsewhere, and try to make up late payments you owe them years after the fact of supposed late payment. If I could give this rental company a zero star rating I would. Please please please be careful and look at other options (you can find better deals and promotions else where that are way better than this company would ever provide). I’m doing my best to warn everyone in this town of their awful practices.
