Very nice, well maintained property. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Any maintenance I needed on my apartment was done quickly and efficiently. Very spacious and nice units. Probably one of the best apartments I've lived in. 2 thumbs up!

It's been asolutely amazing. We're always called right back if we dont get an answer! If maintenance is ever needed, they're on top of coming when you need them too. The managers nor maintenance look for excuses to come in when we are gone and never have comments about how we live. We've had bad experiences at other apartments so we are very grateful to be a part of this community :)

This is a hidden gem in the Bakken! Quiet & Clean. Large roomy apartments for a GREAT price. Stainless steel, granite and central AC/Heat.

The apts themselves are great - granite counters, dishwasher, washer/dryer. The only complaint I have is that I'd like for people with kids or babies to be offered a ground floor apt. That's the only thing that gives us a bad experience - the kids upstairs riding their toys and screaming and crying and stomping.

The new manager takes great pride in her apartments and it shows! She was very helpful throughout the whole process of my lease. Love the layout of my apartment also!
