We were looking for a home a little over a year ago and really didn't know where to go and we decided to try the Brandenburg crew. We talked to Joel and we seen a couple of houses but at the time we were not that serous yet, we were just shopping around to see what was out there. We started to get serious in January of 2018 and Trevor Schmitt helped us out a lot. Trevor listened to our concerns and needs and stood up to bat for us. We made an offer on our first house and that fell through due to the home inspection finding way too many things wrong with the house. Trevor understood that and we backed out of the offer. The very next day the house we bought now came on the market and Trevor made it happen to go see the house and we put in our offer right away because this is what we are looking for. If you are looking to buy a house, I recommend Trevor Schmitt. Vanessa got our paperwork in order and she kept base with us when we were waiting for all of the paperwork to go through. All in all I give the Brandenburg Crew a 5 out of 5 and recommend to anyone looking to buy a home.

I got in touch with them because I was interested in looking at a house that I saw on Zillow. My girlfriend filled in the information on the website to set up a showing. She was contacted by Chris multiple times to set up a showing and meeting with the first time home buying agent Kevin. Once we got to the office it started to become apparent that we walked into a sales pitch rather than a house showing. Kevin spent an hour doing a sales pitch to pressure us to sign an exclusive contract with him which I understand is common with real estate but we had no interest in doing that in the first place. During our meeting we were told the house had sold earlier that day. I thought this was suspicious cause I had just looked on the MLS website prior to our meeting and it didn’t say it had sold. The next day I received a notification that said the house that had “sold” actually had an open house in a couple days. Clearly they lied to us and had no intent to show us the house. On top of this I looked into most of the reviews for Exp Reality on Google and found that most or all reviews are being done by agents working for the company. I do not recommend this agency.

I worked with Hannah while looking for my new home, she was excellent, as well as the others that work at Brandenburg Crew. She was at all of the meetings that were involved for building my house with Jordahl Homes and she had great questions for them that I wouldn't have thought to ask. Building or looking for a house is a very stressful thing, however Hannah helped in every way to make it fun. She provided excellent service and went out of her way to make phone calls, etc. I would highly recommend them. -Erin
