Big mountain homes was great in the beginning. Then when the house was set then the problems started witch back to big mountain most of my problems have gone back to the set crew. The house endw trusses were not set properly properlyand the set crew put one shim in and didn't figure they better shim the whole length of the truss on the end wall trusses. So my end wall gables are crooked, there are a few other things that I am still waiting on the factory to fix as well. I have been waiting over a year and a half for this issue to be addressed I keep calling and have been told this will be addressed. Probably should have had my lawyer mail a letter a little sooner. If I would have done things differently I would have held back 20k till everything was done to my liking. The house was set in winter and I would never recommend that for someone in a cold climate.
