I worked with a broker who posted poor photographs of my home (I re-photographed), posted an incorrect listing (my home had 3 bedrooms), and told me not to stage. When I listed on Redfin I had buyer in a week but still paid him his commission for doing nothing. This broker wanted to close quickly to line his pocket and had no concern for my return. A very unethical realtor.

I was seeking to view a property and was given Karen's information. I recieved emails from her regarding the wrong property, she had a showing scheduled for the same day within 30 minutes of when I requested and never recieved a phone call. No responses to either of my emails. So finally I called HER which should not have been the case. She answered the phone with no introduction but rather an annoyed "Hello" while on the phone with her I could hear other individuals speaking with her and she was responding to them rather than giving me the appropriate time of day. When I asked to see the property she was dismissive and said "just so you know we already have applications for that house" which is fine but that doesnt mean they'll be approved. When I pressed the issue she was again dismissive and told me we couldn't see it because the A/C was broken and you can't spend more than 30 minutes in the house. It sounds like she was just lazy and didnt want to drive out to let us see the place. Very unpleasant experience and who ever she represents should be appalled by this realtors attitude and her representation of them and their properties.

Lori is the very worst slum lord i ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Watch your back because she'll stab you right in it. And of course after i moved out she sold it to some poor sap, that is hopefully planning to put a whole new roof on 632 boger st!! Also the "remodeling", the cheapest hardwood floor i have ever seen. Avoid this woman if possible.

Do NOT trust these people to sell your home or help with the purchase of a new one! They will make promises they have no intention to keep and then defraud you out of money in the end. Currently have a case against their agent Patty Register with the Real Estate Commission board and we are having to take her to small claims court to make them honor the agreement that we contractually made!! Don't risk getting yourself taken advantage of because the owner will do nothing about the fraud his agents are committing and will not even have the decency to call you back. I cannot wait to see them in court with the mounds of evidence I have against them. I cannot believe someone you trust with such a major and important purchase would do this to someone but after speaking with others the agent Patty Register has done this more than once!
